8th European Composers Competition - European Brass Band Association

Composers who are native to or resident in an EBBA member country are invited to enter the 8th European Composers Competition (ECC). The European Brass Band Association (EBBA) organizes this competition the final of which will be held on Friday 29th April 2022 in Birmingham, England.

EBBA will be responsible for the planning and running of the competition and will select the Jury, which  will comprise musicians and composers of international standing and will judge under the rules of the competition. The event will be organised together with the 43rd European Brass Band Championships to be held in Birmingham, England, 29th April to 1st May, 2022.

The 8th European Composers Competition 2022 is open to all composers born on or after 1st January, 1987 and who are native to or resident in EBBA member countries.
